April pre-orders have all closed ^^ Thank you for ordering with us!
If you're interested in any item under the closed pre-orders, do email us

Just to let you all know, we are currently preparing for May pre-orders. You can drop us
an email if you'll like to be informed when items are up for pre-ordering.
Also, please mail us for suggestions if there's any specific item you'd like us to bring in ;)

How To Order

Please send your order in (according to the order format stated) to us at myplasticbarbie@gmail.com or submit using the standard Order Form above.

Likewise, if you have any queries, please drop us an email or comment. We will reply shortly within 24 hours.

Currently, we only accept payment via POSB/DBS bank transfer by I-Banking or ATM. You will need to present a photo of your receipt if payment is made by ATM transfer.

In the case that the pre-order has been cancelled due to low response or out-of-stock items, your money will be refunded shortly.

Terms & Conditions

Take note - here's our 3 'no-no's.
We do not entertain:

1. Dead buyers.
No backing out or cancellation after ordering. Payment must be made within 24 hours after the order invoice has been sent to you.

2. Refunds or exchanges unless it is an isolated case - for example, wrong item sent. Of course, we will verify that all orders are correct before packing.

3. Meet ups, unless item is heavy.
Orders will all be sent by local mail within 3 working days.

My Plastic Barbie will not be liable for loss of mail through normal postage. Please opt for registered postage (additional $2.50) if possible.
